Terms of service

1. The service

Ramchirs (რა მჭირს?) is an educational platform offering mental health self-screening questionnaires, educational content, and support-discovery tools. It is provided "as is" for educational purposes. Ramchirs is not a medical service, does not provide diagnosis or treatment, and is not for emergencies. See the Medical Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Anonymous screening is available to any visitor. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. One person, one account; no resale of access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to identify other users or access their data; probe, scan, or test the security of the service without permission; scrape questionnaire content in bulk (instruments are licensed to Ramchirs for use on this platform); use the service to harm others (including generating content for harassment); interfere with the service's operation; or misrepresent your credentials in interactions with the platform.

4. Intellectual property

The Ramchirs brand, interface, and original editorial content are © Ramchirs. Questionnaire instruments (PHQ-9, GAD-7, and others) are the intellectual property of their respective rights holders and are used under the licensing terms recorded in our public methodology; each instrument's licensing status is published on its page. Content is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use.

5. Content status

Educational content carries visible review-status labels (draft, in review, approved). Draft content has not completed clinical review. We do not guarantee that content is complete, current, or clinically final until marked approved.

6. Advertising and sponsorship

Advertising, when enabled, appears only on public content pages, is labeled, and never renders on questionnaires, results, dashboards, account pages, PDFs, crisis, or contact pages. Sponsored directory listings, where offered, are labeled as sponsored. Clinic directory listings are labeled with their verification status; demonstration listings are labeled as demo data.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramchirs is not liable for damages arising from use of the service, reliance on screening results, or content status. Screening results are informational; you are responsible for seeking professional care. Crisis resources are provided as a directory; Ramchirs does not operate them and cannot guarantee availability.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable and with data export offered where lawful.

9. Changes

Material changes to these terms are announced by email to account holders and on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (საქართველო), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
